1. Image of Laptop SN (Serial Number) must be supplied before screen is shipped, not supplying this image will void the assurance.

2. email Serial number image to (helpdesk at laptop lcd screen dot com dot au) with your order number in subject.

3. Or Create a ticket linked to your order from Help Desk Under "Account Dashboard" after login.

4. In case of physical damage customer is to ship back damaged screen at own expense.

5. Payment of 50% of the screen price at the time assurance is claimed is payable + Shipping.

6. Laptop LCD Screen will ship replacement screen at 50% of the price.

7. Offer does not include labor cost.

8. This offer excludes Apple iPad all versions, iPhone, iPod, Macbook Air Screens and all Tablet screens / Touch (All makes and models)
